Wood:
One 40" x 68" x 1/2" or 3/4" thick exterior grade plywood. preferably 5-ply for better stability

Hardware:
Stakes - Two 3/8" dia. x 18" long fiberglass stakes (#YS18)
Clamps - one package 3/8" clamps with screws (#YSC2)

Tools:
Hand held sabre saw with a smooth cuttin non-chipping, scrolling blade
screwdriver

Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
medium & fine grit sand paper
Wood Filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws (#WF8)
2", 3/4" & 1/4" wide paint brushes and a fine tipped detail brush

Paints:
White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:

P2069 Wedgewood Blue
P2072 Lima Green
P2083 Fire Red
P2472 Santa's Flesh
P2505 White

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
