At The Winfield Collection, we take pride in the quality of our woodworking patterns and home projects; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that all returned patterns are uncut and in their original, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that any paper patterns or project kits are protected from moisture and bending.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship the package to our headquarters using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
