Wood:
48" x 48" sheet of plywood (1/2" thick exterior grade, preferably 5-ply for better stability
Hardware: required for assembly
wire- one 16 gauge x 5" long
stakes- two 3/8" dia. x 18" long, fiberglass rod (#YS18)
clamps- four 3/8" dia. with screws (#YSC2)
Tools:
hand held sabre saw with a non-chipping blade
screwdriver
drill
1/16" dia. drill bit
Supplies:
transfer paper, pencil & clear tape
sand paper-medium & fine grits
wood filler- non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
paint brush-2" wide brush or foam tip
glue-exterior
Paint:
water based primer for a base coat
2506-black or exterior semi-gloss enamel
Sealer:
a high-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer for outdoor protection (such as Polyshield by HydroCote #POLYQT)
