eleven 1X6 x 96" long, rough sawn cedar, 7/8 " thick
one 2X10 x 96" long cedar board, #2 or better grade
one 3/4" x 3" x 6" piece of scrap hardwood

Hardware: required for assembly
one hundred fifty four #8 x 1 1/2" long, flat head galvanized screws
eight #10 x 3" long, flat head galvanized screws
two #10 x 4" long, flat head galvanized screws
two #10 x 5" long, flat head galvanized screws
one 3/4" dia. x 36" long steel axle
four 3/4" dia. pipe clamps
two 1/8" I.D. x 1 1/4" long cotter pins
eight 3/4" I.D. washers
four 7/16" dia. x 2 3/4" long eyescrews (#EYE2)
1 box of 4D finish nails

Tools:
table saw, band saw and a hand held sabre saw or scroll saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade
drill and 9/64", 3/16" and 3/4" dia. drill bits 2" forstner bit
hammer

sand paper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws

high grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection
