One 21" x 36" piece of 1/2" plywood, exterior grade
One 4X4 x minimum of 48" long

HARDWARE:
Screws ?Çô Six #8 (or #10) x 3/4" long flat head
?á ?á ?á Ten #8 (or #10) x 1-1/4" (or 1-1/2") long, flat head

TOOLS:
Hand held sabre saw or scroll saw with smooth cutting non-chipping blade
Drill and 3/16" drill bit
Screwdriver

SUPPLIES:
Transfer Paper (#CARB)
Pencil and clear tape
Sand paper ?Çô medium and fine grits
Wood filler ?Çô non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint brush ?Çô 3/4" and 1" wide and a fine tipped detail brush
Wood glue ?Çô exterior

PAINT:
White water based primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:
