Letters ?Çô 4-1/2" tall x about 3-1/2" wide

Wood:
1/2" or 3/4" thick exterior grade plywood

Tools:
Hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting, non-chipping blade.

Hardware:
Stakes ?Çô Two 3/8" dia. x 18" long fiberglass rods (#YS18)
Clamps ?Çô Four 3/8" dia. (#YSC2 - one package)

Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB)
Pencil and clear tape
Sand paper ?Çô Medium and fine grits
Wood Filler ?Çô Non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws (#WF8)
Paint brushes ?Çô 3/4" and 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush
Wood glue - exterior (#GLUETB3)

Paint:
White water based primer for a base coat (#PRIMQT) and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint:
2084-Lisa Pink
2484-Black Cherry
2505-White

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer for outdoor protection (#POLYQT).
