Washer Toss Game Plans

Be prepared for hours of competitive fun trying to outscore your opponent! The smaller the diameter of the pipe, the bigger the score--a wild and crazy game because you just never know how flat washers are going to bounce.

Plans include full-size patterns, step-by-step instructions and assembly diagrams plus complete playing rules.

Our parts kit below contains two heavy duty draw latches and handle pipe straps to make two boards.

Our Washer Set below includes the hard to find 2-1/2" flat washers required for the game--4 silver and 4 gold colored.

Wood:
One 24" x 36" x 1/2" thick piece of plywood, exterior grade 4 or 5-ply for better stability
Two 8' long 2X4 boards

Tools:
Table saw or jigsaw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade
Electric drill & 5/32" dia. drill bit
Screwdriver
Scissors or utility knife

Hardware:
Two sets heavy duty draw catches
Four 3/8" dia. steel pipe straps with screws
Eight 2 1/2" dia. washers (4 yellow, 4 silver)

Supplies:
Sand paper-medium & fine grits
Wood Filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws (#WF8)
Paint Brush-2" wide brush
E6000 all purpose industrial strength glue (#GLUE6)
Carpet cement-exterior

Paint:
Water base primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and latex paint (colors of your choice) for a finish coat
